Step 5
Make a plan. You need to plan
out what you are going to eat each day of the week, and also plan out
when you are going to exercise. The best defense is a good offence.
If
you go into your new week with a plan it can make it easier to lose
weight because you already know what you are going to eat each day and
when you are going to exercise.

quick steps to getting you started on weight loss.
I know that they can
all seem a little difficult and it is very tough to stick to. But if you
follow the steps listed above and stick to them you will lose weight.
